Company Establishment
PT Damai Sejahtera Abadi (DSA) was established. The first UFO Elektronika store opened at Jl. Kertajaya No.149, Surabaya.
Subsidiaries & Associates
Establishment of PT Universal Joyo Lestari (UJL) and PT Jogja Duta Cahaya Lestari (JDCL), expanding the network across East and Central Java.
Kalimantan Expansion
Store opening in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan — marking the first expansion outside Java.
IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
Initial public offering on 1 February 2021 under the ticker UFOE at Rp 101 per share.
Greater Jakarta Expansion
Store openings in Serpong, Cikupa, and Bekasi — extending reach into the Greater Jakarta area.
